Terms and Conditions for Myles Gift Shop
- Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Myles Gift Shop’s e-commerce platform, including our website and mobile applications (collectively referred to as “the Marketplace”).

3.2.2 Delivery and ancillary charges must be clearly stated in the product listing.
3.2.3 Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for the specified purpose, and conform to the description provided.

- Returns and Refunds
4.1 Returns and acceptance of returned products will be managed according to the returns page on our Marketplace.
4.2 Refunds will be processed in accordance with the refunds page on our Marketplace, and may be issued via store credit, vouchers, or other methods.
4.3 For digital products and fresh food, refunds will only be issued for failures in delivery. Other reasons for refunds will be subject to the seller’s terms.
4.4 Changes to our returns and refunds policies will apply to purchases made from the date of publication of the changes.
- Payments

- Store Credit
6.1 Store credits are managed according to our Store Credit Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw store credits, especially in cases of suspected fraud.
